The goal of NHS Ministry this semester is to reach students through engagement. We have assigned students with an adult leader to serve as an encourager and invest in your student's life. The mission of our adult leaders is to strive to help students navigate their path to becoming followers of Jesus Christ.
Below is our plan of action:

Intentional Encouragement. Encouragement will be implemented into the fabric of our ministries. It’s the concept so aptly described in Titus 2. Older men and older women should take the initiative to develop intentional growing relationships with young people.

Small Ratios. Life Groups ratio 1 to 5 is the new engagement. There are incredible strengths in smaller groups. Youth workers understand the value of dividing the larger group into smaller units to facilitate relationship-building, and the development of more effective lines of communication.

Contact Points. Implementing as many contact points as possible throughout the week. With smaller Life Groups student to leader ratio we will be able to have more contact-points with our students.
